Thank you for inquiring about our full service catering.  We have a very professional, courteous and accomodating staff that is trained to meet all of your catering needs.

Our full service catering includes the tableware for your meal.  We can offer you china services, also.  If choosing a buffet, we use a water based heat in stainless steel shaffing dishes.  This not only presents beautifully, but also keeps your food at a safe, hot temperature througout without drying it out.  The staff will provide drink services and removal of the tableware at the conclusion of dinner.  The catering kitchen staff will make sure their work area is clean before leaving the premises.  Kerry's motto is "Leave everything cleaner than it was when we arrived!"  That is sure hard to do sometimes!!
