September 2014 the Community of McCool Junction celebrated their 40th Annual Celebration.  It was a dream of some of the community members that we come together and have a celebration of our community and everything that we have accomplished.  So, in September 1974 the very first Mustang Roundup was held, and was a complete success!!!  Since then the community celebration has been held, with fashion. At times it was in the summer month of July, but wanting to keep with tradition, it was moved back to September.
